== Game Rules ==

Inability to follow the rules below, can result in your ACCOUNT TERMINATION.

==== 1. Multiplay is forbidden ====
Only one account per real person is allowed. Players using the same network must be extra careful of rule #5. It is better to contact us a priori in case of network sharing.

==== 2. Bug exploitation ====
You must not take advantage of any bug found. You must report bugs immediately to game administration/forums.

==== 3. Hacking/Scripts/Bots ====
Trying to hack into the server or into the accounts of other players, or otherwise messing with the game itself is strictly forbidden.

==== 4. Netiquette ====
Harassment to other players is strictly forbidden. This can include, but is not limited to: abusive, defamatory, sexist, racist or profane language; disparaging any religion, race, gender, age group, or sexual orientation, threatening persons with actions in real life as well as posting or transmission of any material not suitable for underage persons. Please mind your attitude and language at all times. Be polite and have fun.

==== 5. Milking/Pushing ====
You must play your account to its own FULL benefit.

* Danger manipulation through plunder screen is prohibited.
* Using the markets to pass things (ships,cards,credits) is prohibited. <br/>

==== 6. Protect Your Info ====
* It's up to you to keep your account safe.
* Don't give your password to anyone.
* Any attempt to get other user passwords will result in a permanent ban.
* If your account is hacked, report this to Pirates Glory administrators immediately.
* Pirates Glory brings no responsibility in case your account is hacked nor any responsibility to restore anything. We will however strive to restore anything we can. In such case you will need to provide convincing info of account ownership.

==== 7. Spam / Advertising ====
You must refrain from posting or sending the same thing multiple times or keep sending messages when told to stop, sending meaningless messages, advertising, posting links to other games etc. Additionally, the only tolerated language in names/descriptions and any other public places is English. This is valid for any place where you are allowed to post (including your own description). You may post in your own language only in your own nation boards. You may communicate in other language through private messages (PMs) or Instant Messages (IMs) if the other user consents.

==== 8. Age ====
You have to be at least 13 years old to play Pirates Glory. In case you are not, you can still play if you get permission from your parents and/or your legal guardian.

==== 9. Rules not mentioned here ====
The rules mentioned here are based on popular violation issues. Occasionally, issues that are not described here may arise. The game administrators are obliged to ensure fair play at all cases and we will be doing so at all cases, regardless if it is mentioned here or not. Cheating, abuse and unfair treatment of other players has no place in Pirates Glory.
